In other words, in order to call on the full range of what we are capable of we need to go out and truly live. And truly living requires that we move out of our comfort zone... and moving out of our comfort zone requires... courage.

Taking the point one level further,Courage I believe not only asks to leave your own comfort zone but we also sometime have to challenge and inspire others to leave their comfort zone as well.Also once we have acted in a direction, it requires to keep moving in that direction come what may.

An interesting thought. Actually, it may require more courage to try to inspire others than it does to simply take our own risks.
And you're right - having begun a course of action we need to persist even when the going gets tough. And, for anything worth pursuing, the going often does get tough.
